What To Do When Your Car Dealership No Longer Delivers

Jon Howes • March 26, 2014

So a national company bought the Audi dealership you’ve relied on for years and you’re not sure whether to trust the new guys? We get that. We’re a family-owned business and we value the trust our customers place in us.

Auto Nation calls itself America’s largest automotive retailers with 43 million customers. That’s wonderful for them, and we know we’re not in the same category. In fact, we’re proud to be the alternative to Auto Nation in the Dallas Fort Worth area. As an independent import service and repair business, we don’t have 43 million happy customers, as Auto Nation boasts. We serve far fewer people than that, but when we claim our customers are happy (and we believe they are, just check out our  customer reviews  we say it with confidence because we know our customers. Each is an individual, not one in 43 million.

You may have felt glad when you saw Auto Nation’s name appear on many Texas dealerships. With all its grand claims, the company seems to have hit upon the formula to draw customers in. Good for them – and we mean that. At  Southwest Auto  , our claim is: once you’re inside our shop, you’ll get personal service from service technicians to managers, all who back their promises.

Let’s talk about Audi, that fast, sleekly German engineered car that hugs the road so well the two become one. Audi’s fun drive makes it a machine cherished by owners willing to pay the price for an outstanding automotive breed. That’s where we come in. Regular maintenance of your Audi, whether it’s under factory warranty or it’s out of warranty, lowers the cost of ownership. Our Audi repair shop employs trained technicians and uses original equipment parts (O.E.M.) or their equivalent and factory level diagnostic equipment to monitor your auto’s performance.

Let’s face it. Your Audi is special and so are you. At Southwest Auto, we believe that. If you’re feeling like a small fish in a big pond, we offer an alternative to the Auto Nation Audi service department: Southwest Auto — Dallas auto repair since 1988.
