“From the first call to checkout, they were professional, kind, thorough, trustworthy, fair, performed speedy work, efficient communicators, and really seemed to care about me. Being a woman of ignorance when it comes to cars made no difference to them because they made no judgments. All I knew for sure was that my 13 year-old convertible Benz needed some love and I hate going to the dealerships because I am just a number and they always take advantage of me so I learned years ago too distrust them.
